From Nevada Representative July 8, 1910 (page 5)

The Bennington Case

The death of Harry Bennington of Cambridge continues to be a subject of comment and inquiry, although there has been on formal inquiry instituted. The fact it that he died at Cambridge from injuries received in Des Moines, and the jurisdiction of neither Story county or Polk is quite so complete as it might be. The injuries were received in some sort of a street fight near the Northwestern depot in Des Moines, and the ways of the matter have never been sifted so thoroughly as the results thereof would seem to warrant.
