Miss Willena Severaid died at the home of Chas. O. Larson in East Des Moines last Tuesday morning, the remains being brought back on the Interurban in the afternoon and placed in the Severeid home where funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon. Miss Severeid has been in poor health for the last two years. Last week she went to Des Moines to take a course of treatment from which she had hoped to receive beneficial results. For a while she seemed to be getting along quite well, but last Saturday she began to fail and the end came as stated on Tuesday morning. Deceased reached an age of about twenty-six and was a woman of estimable character. As a true christian she resigned herself to her fate and died in the faith of her Lord, whom she trusted and loved.
