Helen J. Bradshaw was born May 11, 1927 to Robert and Gladys (Granger) McIntosh in Colo, Iowa. Helen graduated from Colo High School and married Bernis Bradshaw on August 17, 1969. Helen lived in Colo and Nevada before moving to Ames in 1976.
Helen was a member of Colo United Methodist Church before joining the First United Methodist Church in Ames. She worked as a clerk for Donnelly Marketing for 26 years before retiring in 1989.
Helen passed away November 16, 2016 at 89 years of age.
Helen is survived by her sister, Dorothy Olson of Nevada; her brother, Clare (Mary) McIntosh of Runnells; sixteen nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bernis; her sisters, Harriett Hamilton and Wilma McIntosh; her brother, Darrell McIntosh; and her special friend, Conrad.
