RUTH C. BENNETHUM

Ruth C. Benethum, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Benethum was born in Iowa Center, Iowa, April 22, 1893 and departed this life on the Wm. Young farm north of Maxwell, Dec. 12, 1918, at the age of 25 years 7 months and 20 days. She was united in marriage with G. W. Hopper, Feb. 28, 1910, to this union four children were born, one son and three daughters, who with the husband, father, mother, an aged grandmother, one brother and four sisters are left to mourn their loss. She has lived practically all her life in and around Maxwell and was loved and respected by all who knew her. Short funeral services were held in the home by Rev. D. C. Busenberg, Friday, Dec. 13, 1918 at 2:30 p. m. and the remains were laid to rest in the Iowa Center cemetery.
