Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Florine L. Good was born on September 13, 1926 to Laurel and Mary (Bosovich) Ely in Centerville, Iowa. Florine was united in marriage to William "Bill" Good on May 2, 1949 in Omaha. The job she loved for 50 years was as a Human Resource Specialist with Supervalu, where she retired at age 80. Her favorite pastime was cooking for her family especially her home made cinnamon rolls. Florine loved going with her close friends to gamble and play bingo. She also had a passion for collecting decorative chickens. Her greatest enjoyment was her family including 26 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren.

Florine passed from this life Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 89 years of age.

Florine is survived by her children, Bill (Nancy) Good of Des Moines, Gary (Theresa) Good of Summerfield, N.C., Cindy (Al) Taylor of Ankeny, Lindy (Mark) Hunt of Pickens, Miss. and Mindy Williams of Story City; her step-daughters, Dorothy (Chuck) Foster of Wilmington, Del. and Dorene (Pat) Sell of Story City; and two sisters, Nancy Stevens and Susie Skarinshook

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Good; her brothers, Frank, Larry, Tommy and Bud; her sisters, Sarah, Mary, Georgie and Flossie Jean; and grandchildren, Jason Good, Laurie Foster and Diane Foster.
