Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Louis M. Jacobson Jr., 94, passed away July 24, 2016 in Aurora, Colorado.

Louis was the son of Dr. Louis M. Jacobson Sr. and Marguerite J. (Nelson) Jacobson, born on July 18, 1922. He attended the Jewell Public Schools, graduating in May of 1940. He served four years in the United States Navy, after which he graduated from the University of Denver. He was a teacher in Aurora, Colorado and Bellevue, Nebraska school systems.

He was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church in Denver, Colorado, the National Education Society and the Jewell American Legion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and many cousins.

Burial will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Jewell.
