--Phillip P. Winston of Minneapolis died suddenly in Chicago Monday. The name of Winston Bros., of which firm he was the head, had been a familiar one on steam shovels and similar paraphernalia in this vicinity for the past two or three years, as they have been the general contractors for the grading on the Northwestern railroad.
