EVA E. KENNEY

NEVADA, IA. - Eva Eugena Kenney, 73, of rural Nevada died of cancer Friday in Rochester, Minn. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Nevada Christian Church. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in rural Nevada.

Mrs. Kenney was born in Story County and had lived in Nevada most of her life. She had been a homemaker and a member of First Christian Church, P.E.O., Richland Garden Club, Nevada Historical Society, Story County Hospital Auxiliary and The 3 G's Card Club. Survivors include her husband, Glenn; two sons, David and Bruce, both of Nevada; a sister, Maxine Male of Story City; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Cooper Ryan Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
