Nedra Reynolds, 80, of Iowa Center, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at Story County Senior Care in Nevada.

Nedra was born September 20, 1935, near Zearing to Lester and Beatrice (Manning) Cockerham. On June 29, 1973, she was united in marriage to Edwin Reynolds in Maxwell. Nedra enjoyed her camping and spending time with her family.

Nedra is survived by her husband, Edwin of Iowa Center; her daughter, Julie Runge of Nevada; her brother, Kenneth Cockerham of Des Moines; her sister, Zona Sodders of Nevada; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Jim Carney; her brother, Dennis Cockerham; and two sisters: Arlene Cockerham and Darlene Davis.

Per Nedra’s wishes, she has been cremated and no services are planned. Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date in Woodland Cemetery in Iowa Center.

Rasmusson-Bacon Funeral Home in Maxwell is handling arrangements.
