Herbert Eddy, a young man aged nearly 24 years, son of A. P. Eddy of Sherman, died Saturday night of consumption resulting from measles. Funeral services were conducted Monday by Elder Harned at the Methodist church, Johnson's Grove and the remains were laid in the Oak Hill cemetery. Parents and four brothers are bereaved, and many others mourn a friend.
