--Geo. B. Frazier of Breda, Iowa, was at home over Sunday, and in attendance at the funeral of Lew, second son of Mr. and Mrs. F. H. Higley of Iowa Center.

In Memoriam.
WHEREAS, It has pleased the Almighty God to remove from our midst our dear, esteemed, and worthy brother, Lew O. Higley, and
WHEREAS, We, as Good Templars would testify to our appreciation of his labor in our lodge, his praise-worthy life, his many virtues and our sorrow at his hoss therefore be it
Resolved, That while we bow with submission to the will of our Heavenly Father, we feel no less keenly the severing of the earthly ties that bound him to us as a brother.
Resolved, That the memory of his faithfulness and his integrity to the principles of our order, will ever remain in our memory and prompt us to better deeds and higher aspirations; and we hereby extend to his bereaved parents and their remaining son and relations our heart felt sympathy in this sad bereavement.
Resolved, That our lodge room be draped in mourning for the period thirty days, and that these resolutions be spread upon our minutes.
