Friday's Register contains the following: Maxwell, January 24th. This place is mourning over the sad and instantaneous death of Mrs. Carrie Wilbur, wife of W. S. Wilbur of Thunora, Dakota. She has been visiting relatives near this city for a few weeks and on Tuesday was thrown from a sleigh while out riding and instantly killed. She was preparing to return home and her sad and sudden taking away is a matter of keen sorrow.
