--Mrs. O. B. Dutton died yesterday morning at her home in Missouri Valley of cancer. Her remains are expected on the afternoon train to-day and will be buried in the Nevada cemetery.

Mrs. Elizabeth B., wife of O. B. Dutton died last week Tuesday at her home in Missouri Valley, Iowa. The beginning of her fatal illness dates back a year or more, and she has been a great, but patient sufferer. She was married to Mr. Dutton in 1858, and has been for thirty years a most estimable wife, mother, neighbor, friend. During the several years residence of the family in Nevada. She won the kindly regard of all and the lasting friendship of not a few. Her remains were brought to Nevada Wednesday afternoon and in the presence of the bereaved family and sympathizing acquaintances laid reverently to rest in our pleasant cemetery. The funeral services, both at the home in Missouri Valley and at the grave in Nevada were conducted by Mr. Otis Briggs*, a very warm friend of the family, and were in all respects appropriate and in keeping with the bright and hopeful views of death entertained by Spiritualists. The people of Nevada extend to Mr. Dutton and family in their great loss, sincere condolence.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: Otis Briggs was the father of Elizabeth (Beavers) Dutton's daughter-in-law, Lida (Briggs) Dutton. Lida Briggs was married to the son of Orson Benejohn Dutton and Elizabeth Beavers, Jay Grant Dutton.
