....Leo Chapman died in San Francisco Monday morning. He was editor of the Mason City Journal for while and a bright young man. His remains will be brought back to Collins for interment.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: In February 1885, Leo Chapman married Carrie Lane, later known as Carrie Chapman Catt, famous suffragette.
