From Nevada Representative November 11, 1885

--Wm. Hull, son of David C. Hull, of Boonesboro, was killed in Logan & Canfield's shaft on Monday* evening by a descending cage falling on him. The young man was aged about 23 years.--Boone Standard.

*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: William R. Hull died on 2 November 1885 and is buried in the Mineral Ridge Cemetery, Ridgeport, Boone County, Iowa.
