Thaddeus Carleton died at his home at Iowa Center Saturday. he was about thirty-five or forty year of age, unmarried and had been a partial invalid for a long time. He made friends of all who knew him, and was postmaster at Iowa Center. He had been for some time a correspondent of the REPRESENTATIVE, and his letters were always newsy, interesting and of excellent spirit. His death was unexpected and will be sadly regretted.
