--Mrs. James Earl*, who has been very sick with diphtheric sore throat since before the death of her son, Frank, is still in a very critical condition. That she may be spared to the family and friends is the prayer of the entire community.

The family of Mr. James Earl has been greatly bereaved by the death of its youngest member, Frank, who died last Saturday of diphtheria, or some similar throat disease. The lad was a favorite with those tho knew him. He will be sadly missed by his parents, brother and sister, and not soon forgotten by his playmates. Mr. Earl and household have the sympathy of the entire community.
*SUBMITTER'S NOTE: "Mrs. James Earl" was Wealthy Ann Stickney who died the day after this issue was published.
