McCallsburg.

...Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Sowers had the misfortune to lose their little daughter, Nellie. The cause was that dread disease diphtheria. Her death occurred Wednesday night, Nov. 23d and she was buried at the Pleasant Grove cemetery the following day. Her parents, brother and four sisters mourn her loss, and have the heartfelt sympathy of the people. The rest of the family are all well at this writing...

--Nellie Sowers, a nine year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Sowers, of Warren, died of diphtheria last Thanksgiving day. The bereaved family have the sympathy of neighbors and friends.
