Andrew Kent died at the residence of J. L. Cory* in Grant township, Sunday morning aged 83 years. He had long been a resident of this county. The remains were interred in the Nevada cemetery.

* Mrs. J. L. Cory was Sarah Elizabeth (Kent) Cory (wife of Joseph Luther Cory.) She was the niece of Andrew Kent, daughter of his brother, Charles E. Kent of McCallsburg, Iowa.
