Miss Jane Swart, age 76, died at her home south of Collins Monday, after a months illness. The funeral was held at the Collins M. E. Church, Rev. John Adamson, the pastor, had charge.

Burial was in the Collins cemetery. Four sisters, Mrs. Frank McClure of Maxwell, Mrs. Wilbur Wilkinson of this vicinity, Miss Maud Swart and Miss Anne Swart at home and two brothers, John and Grant Swart, at home, survive. ~ The Colfax Tribune, Colfax, Iowa Thurs 11 feb 1932.
