Beverly Joan Holl, 83, Platte, City, MO, passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015 at the Hillview Nursing Center, Platte City MO. No services are scheduled, Private Family Burial will be held at the Maxwell Cemetery in Maxwell, IA at a later date.

Beverly was born November 16, 1931 in Marshalltown IA to Leland and Bernice (Chapman) Halter. She married James J. Holl on March 7, 1954 in Marshalltown, IA. She grew up in Marshalltown, IA. Lived in Maxwell, IA and Nevada, IA, She has lived in Platte City for the last four years. Beverly worked at Donnelly Marketing and a Drug Store in Nevada, IA and was a homemaker. After retiring she enjoyed her winters in Mission Texas. She enjoyed cooking and loved her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren very much.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 61 years James Holl of Platte City sons; Michael Holl (Diana) of Nevada, IA, William Holl (Leslie) of Platte City, MO, daughter Cheryl Burg (Dennis) of Avon, IN, a sister Shirley Hensley of Tuleta, TX, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Beverly was preceded in death by parents.
