Colo Banner ...Mrs. M. Carmody*, east of town, received word Wednesday of the death of her brother at Lenark, Ill.* She will leave whit evening to attend the funeral...

*"Mrs. M. Carmody" is Mary Searle/Searls Carmody. At the time, she was the second wife of Michael Carmody. Her first marriage was to James Croker.

Thomas P. Searle died in Lanark, Carroll County, Illinois (not Lenark as stated.)
