HAROLD D. HOLDER

Harold D. Holder of 102 K Ave., Nevada IA, died Wednesday, March 23, 1988, at University Hospitals in Iowa City IA. He was 62.

He was born May 18, 1925, at Nevada to Carl and Sarah Ingerson Holder and lived here his entire lifetime.

Mr. Holder was a carpenter and an employee of Donnelley Marketing in Nevada. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge.

Survivors include his mother, Sara Holder of Nevada; a son, Dale Holder of Davenport IA; a daughter, Gail Schomaker of Ames IA; two grandsons and four granddaughters; and two sisters, Norma Christenson of Maple Grove MN and Elaine Schumacker of Englewood FL.

He was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Dorothy, who died in 1980.

Funeral services were held from Chet Ryan Mortuary, 5th St. and G Ave., Nevada, Saturday, March 26, at 3 p.m. with Pastor Don Rothweiler officiating.

Burial was in the Nevada Cemetery, Nevada.
