ADOLPH E. KLEINSCHMIDT

A longtime Nevada businessman, Adolph E. Kleinschmidt, 77, died Thursday evening [December 28, 1972] at the Veteran's Hospital in Des Moines after being ill for the past few months.

Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home Monday at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. E.P. Windman officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada cemetery. The family will be present from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home.

A memorial fund has been established.

Born Feb. 20, 1895, at Fairmont, Minn., he was the son of Paul and Louise Kelinschmidt. A shoe repairman, he had been a resident of Nevada for the past 32 years.

He married Mattie Perry on Dec. 31, 1919 at Fairmont, Minn.

He was a member of World War I Barracks, the American Legion and the V.F.W.

Survivors include his wife Mattie, a daughter Mrs. Thomas (Marvel) Coleman of Shady Side, Md.; four grandchildren, Tom, Shelley, Christie and Perry Coleman of Shady Side, Md.; and a sister Mrs. William Perry of Wilson, Wis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
