VELDA M. RINGHEIM

Velda M. Ringheim, 88, of Nevada, Ia., died Thursday, Nov. 21, 1986 at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines.

She was born May 8, 1897, at Nevada to Charles and Viola Dillon* McCord. She was educated in Nevada schools.

She was married to Wright Ringheim and spent her lifetime in Nevada.

Mrs. Ringheim was a homemaker and a member of Central Presbyterian Church of Nevada, Kensington Club, and PEO.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at Central Presbyterian Church with Rev. Brad Braley officiating. Interment was in Nevada Cemetery, Nevada.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wright in May, 1964; a son, William, in May, 1984; a brother and three sisters.

A memorial has been established for Central Presbyterian Church.

Cooper-Ryan Funeral Home at 5th St. and Lincoln Highway, Nevada, was in charge of arrangements.
