Harold B. Schultz
Dec. 11, 1902 to June 26, 1991

Harold B. Schultz, 88, of Mesa, Ariz., died of Parkinson's Disease June 26 at Hearthstone of Mesa at Mesa, Ariz.

He was born Dec. 11, 1902, in Nevada to Charles and Leila (Bryant) Schultz. He lived in Ames for 20 years after graduating from Iowa State University in 1925. He moved from Ames to Juneau, Alaska, and then to Madison, Wis., until his retirement in 1968.

He married Ileen Schultz in July of 1960 at Waterloo, and was last employed as a civil engineer by the Wisconsin Highway Commission.

Survivors include his wife, Ileen of Mesa, Ariz.; two daughters, Janet Lee Heinkkinen of Eugene, Ore., and Elinor Bratton of Albuquerque, N.M.; one son, Bud Schultz of Seattle, Wash.; one step-daughter, Catherine Pahutski of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Howard of Nevada; and one sister, Fern Gradner of Iowa Falls.

Graveside services will be held July 27 at 1 p.m. and his cremated remains will be buried in Nevada Cemetery.
