H. E. Schultz died Friday

Howard E. Schultz, 59, Nevada, died unexpectedly about 10 p.m. Friday at his home.

He was born near McCallsburg, the son of Charles W. and Leila Schultz.

Mr. Schultz had been a Nevada resident for the past 45 years.

He married Dorothy Armstrong Aug. 21, 1935 in Nevada.

He was a retired oil jobber. He was a member of Central Presbyterian Church, of the Masonic Order, past president of the Nevada school board and a former trustee of the Presbyterian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; two sons, Stephen Schultz, 1303 Roosevelt Ave., and John Schultz of Wesley; a grandson; a brother, Harold B. Schultz of Madison, Wis. and a sister, Mrs. Fern Gardner, Iowa Falls.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from Ryan's Funeral Home, Nevada. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery.
