TED MICHAEL BELITZ

Ted Michael Belitz, 76, of 837 7th St., Nevada IA, died Saturday, Feb. 7, 1987 of cancer.

He was born July 31, 1909 at Omaha NE to Michael and Mary Belitz.

He was married to Helen Andrew.

After retiring in 1949 they moved to Carson City CA where they had lived in the wintertime.

Mr. Belitz's survivors include his wife, Helen; a son, Michael James Belitz of Ann Arbor MI; a grandson, a granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

During World War II he was a master sergeant in the Army Air Corps for the entire war.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Chet Ryan Mortuary, 5th St. and G Ave., Nevada, with Rev. William Ballard officiating. Burial will be in Nevada Cemetery, Nevada.

Friends may call after 9 a.m. Wednesday. There will be no family visitation.

A memorial service was held in Torrance CA Monday, Feb. 9 with the Torrance Chapter 1948, BPOE, officiating.
