Mabel Irene Miller
Sept. 4, 1914 to March 1, 2002

Mabel Irene Miller, 87, of Nevada, died of congestive heart failure on Friday, March 1, at Story County Medical Center in Nevada.

She was born Sept. 4, 1914, in Nevada to Lee and Stena (Nelson) Hoel. She married Clifford R. Miller on Aug. 8, 1934, at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. She was employed at Graphic Forms. She was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church an the Women of the Moose. She was lifelong resident of Nevada and enjoyed playing cards and being with family.

A sister, Maxine (and Carroll) Louks of Nevada, nieces and nephews survive her.

Her parents; her husband, Cliff on Feb. 8, 1985; and two brothers, Kenneth Nelson in 1990 and John Hoel in infancy preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, March 5, at Chet Ryan Mortuary with Pastor Myron D. Herzberg officiating. Burial followed in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.
