Bonnie F. DeVore, 98, of Ames died of a respiratory ailment Saturday at Riverside Manor Nursing Home there, where she was a resident. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Adams Funeral Home in Ames, with burial at Ames Municipal Cemetery.

Mrs. DeVore was born in Clay City, Ill., and had lived in Ames since 1922. She was retired from Iowa State University and a member of First Christian Church.

Surviving is a sister, Ida Hinman of Detroit.
