Charles Hoel Died In San Diego Hotel

Relatives in the city have recently received word of the death at the Mirkeley hotel in San Diego, Calif., of Charles Hoel, native son of Nevada, who has been in the west for many years.

He is well remembered in Nevada by a wide circle of friends. The body will be shipped back to Nevada for the funeral and interment, but not definite knowledge as to the time of arrival is available yet.

He was a brother of the late J. P. Hoel of southeast of the city and of Mrs. D. A. Griffen of Lake Crystal, Minn. There is also a brother in Pittsburg, Penn. Other relatives are Mrs. Cyril Stratton of near Colo, Mrs. Phil Overbaugh, Mrs. Carl Oxley and Lee Hoel of this city.
