Mrs. Houchin, Nevada, Died

Mrs. Ralph Houchin, 50, Nevada, died at about 9:15 p.m. last night at Story County Hospital where she had been a patient since November.

Born in Story County, she lived in the community most of her life. She was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church in Nevada.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Gloria Myers, Nevada; two grandchildren; six sisters, Mrs. Bessie Chapman, El Monte, Calif.; Mrs. Nellie Ayers, Mrs. Effie Ayers and Mrs. Josie Hoel, all of Nevada, Mrs. Daisy Fisher, Salem, Ors., and Mrs. Ada Hubbard, Maxwell; three brothers, Robert Taylor, Palm Dale, Calif. and George and Ray Taylor of Nevada. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. from Memorial Lutheran Church at Nevada with the Rev. E. P. Windman officiating. Burial will be in the Nevada Cemetery. Ryan Funeral Home at Nevada is in charge of arrangements.
