James “Jim” Campbell, 53, of Cambridge, passed away Friday, January 10, at his residence in Cambridge.
Jim was born March 23, 1960, to Gale and Margaret (Winslow) Campbell. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Elkhart. Jim worked as a carpenter and enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
Jim is survived by his sisters: Kay (Mike) Byers of Winfield, Missouri, JoAnn (Harlan) Moody of Cambridge, Jean (Joe) Rumbaugh of Bondurant and Sue Campbell of Cambridge; his brothers, Francis (Carolyn) Campbell of Baxter and Mike (Charlotte) Campbell of Slater; and many nieces and nephews.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 13, 2014, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Elkhart with Father Dan Krettek officiating. Burial of cremated remains will take place at a later date in Holy Cross Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Jim.
