Long Time Story County Resident Dies
Howard Dawson, long time Story cont resident and retired farmer, died Wednesday, his 67th birthday, in the Iowa Sanitarium at Nevada. Mr. Dawson, who had been an invalid since suffering a stroke of apoplexy three years ago, died of complications.
He had made his home with a daughter, Mrs. Vivian Riddlesbarger, in Milford township.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2 p. m. in the Morfoot funeral home at Nevada. Burial will be in the Nevada cemetery.
Survivors include five children, Mrs. Riddlesbarger, Mrs. Blanche Anderson and Mrs. Louise Stillwell, both of Ames, and Kenneth and Homer Dawson, both of Nevada.
