JOHN S. MULLIHAN

Funeral services will be held from the Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada Monday at 1:30 p.m. for John S. Mullihan of Collins who died Friday morning at the Story County Hospital. He was 94.

Born June 15, 1879 in Polk County to James and Adaline Mullihan.

He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Welty of Nevada, Mrs. Macy Cunningham of Ames and Mrs. Gola Carver of Ankeny, one brother, Robert Ray Mullihan of Nevada, nine grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers, three son-in-laws and his wife, Matilda, who died in 1968.

Pastor Marvin Hulse will officiate services with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery at Collins.
