Lars Vespestad Died Early Today

Lars Vespestad, 82, a resident of the Story County Home died about 3 a.m. today in the Story County Hospital in Nevada.

Mr. Vespestad was taken to the hospital yesterday morning after becoming ill.

Funeral services will be held Monday, at 10 a.m. from the Riis Funeral Home in Slater with the Rev. Leo Bjorlie officiating. Burial will be in the Slater Cemetery.

Survivors include four sons, Matt of Cambridge, Gerhard and Nels of Slater and Chris of Stanhope and a daughter, Mrs. Martha Rose of Williams.
