MRS. J. H. AMES' FATHER SUCCUMBS

Charles P. Cornillie, 84, father of Mrs. John H. Ames, died at the Ames home, 603 Northwestern avenue, at 5:30 p. m., Wednesday, following an attack acute nephritis.

The body will be taken Thursday nigh to Yorkville, near Racine, Wis., where funeral services and burial will take place Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Ames left Thursday morning for Wisconsin.

Mr. Cornillie's home has been in Yorkville, but he came to Ames about two weeks ago for a visit. he has been in ill health for some time.
