Paul Banks
Oct. 30, 1904 to Oct. 14, 1995

Paul Banks, 90, of Nevada died of heart failure on Saturday, Oct. 14, at Story County Hospital, Nevada.

He was born to J.K. and Alma (Proctor) Banks in Nevada on Oct. 30, 1904.

On Aug. 29, 1931, he married Harriett Elizabeth White in Galena, Ill. he lived most of his life in Nevada and worked as a postal carrier in Nevada, retiring in 1962. He was a member of the Central Presbyterian Church, Nevada, and of the Masonic Lodge #99. His hobbies included golfing and fishing.

Survivors include his wife Harriett of Nevada and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Kenneth P. Banks.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Oct 18 at Cooper-Ryan Funeral Home, Nevada, with the Rev. Brad Braley officiating. Burial was in the Nevada Municipal Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of choice in Mr. Bank's name.
