MARJORIE NASH NELSON
Marjorie Nash Nelson, 71, of 225 L Ave., Nevada, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1982 at Mary Greeley Hospital in Ames.
She was born Dec. 6, 1910, at Cresco, Ia., to Royal B. and Alta Buchanan Nash. She graduated from Peterson High School with the class of 1930.
On July 25, 1941, she was married to Kenneth Nelson and Princeton, Mo.
Mrs. Nelson moved to Nevada 1930 and was employed at the Coover 5 and 10 Cent Store where she continued to work until after World War II.
She belonged to the United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Ryan Funeral Home in Nevada with Rev. Harold Wagner of the Nevada United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be in Nevada Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth; three sons, Thomas of Des Moines, James of Lisle, Ill., and Bernard of Las Vegas, Nev.; a sister, LaVerne Morris of Sun City, Ariz., and a broth Royal Nash.
