Obituary From Adams Soderstrum Funeral Home, Story County, Iowa.

Betty Jane Reinertson was born February 29, 1928 to Arthur and Pauline (Wenos) Larson in Butterfield, Minnesota. She graduated from Huxley High School in 1946 and married Darrell Reinertson on December 25, 1946 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. Betty worked as a bookkeeper and was a member of Fjeldberg Lutheran Church and the Women of the ELCA. She loved animals, fishing and her daily coffee club.

Betty passed away July 31, 2013 at Mary Greely Medical Center in Ames at 85 years of age.

Betty is survived by her husband, Darrell Reinertson, her son, Rick Reinertson, her grandson, Randall (Crystal) Reinertson and their children Kai and Kade, all of Huxley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Dorothy.
