Edna E. Talbott
Aug. 20, 1906 to Nov. 7, 1995

Edna E. Talbott, 89, of Marengo and formerly of Nevada on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at the Marengo Hospital Extended Care Facility. Cause of death was not listed.

She was born Aug. 20, 1906, near Ladora to Clayton and Alice (Rosenberger) Fuller.

She was raised on the family farm and attended rural school. She graduated from Ladora High School, and she received her teaching certification from the former Iowa State Teachers College at Cedar Falls. Following her education, she taught rural school in Iowa County and later taught for 20 years at Fernald School and for 10 years in the Nevada Junior High School.

Survivors include many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Talbott; her parents; five brothers, Claude, Rollin, Merlin, Harley and Leon Fuller; and three sisters, Pearl Dietrich, Ruth Schultz and Melva Doty.

Friends may call at the McAnAnich-Fremming Funeral Home in Victor from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 10, at the Nevada Municipal Cemetery.
