Betty Grewell, 86, of Columbia passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at Columbia Manor Care Center.

She was born Nov. 6, 1920, in Iowa to John and Zora Smith Hopkins.

Survivors include three children, Constance Murphy and her husband, Richard, of Reynoldsberg, Ohio, and Maxine Mokie McDonald and Douglas Grewell of Fulton; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Grewell.
