Earl D. Frette
October 20, 1930 - June 4, 2013

Earl D. Frette was born on October 20, 1930 to Elmer S. and Rosie A. (Hendrickson) Frette in Story City, Iowa. He graduated from Story City High School. He lived all his life in Story City except for the two years in the Army during the Korean War. Earl was united in marriage to Velda Patti on December 26, 1981. He retired from being a truck driver. He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church.

Earl D. Frette, 82, passed away on June 4, 2013 at Bethany Manor in Story City, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Velda; and a stepson, Norman Patti (Toni) of Miami, Florida; two step granddaughters Jennifer (John) Meizoso and Michelle (Wester) Carbellero; and four step great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: his parents; four brothers: an infant Arnie, Lloyd, Kenneth and Roy; six sisters: Arlene Clabaugh, Marie Longnecker, Effie Murdock, Hila Manges, Florence Ross and June Givens.
