Services set for Ankeny man

Funeral services for Sam Sepotovich, Ankeny, will be held Friday, 2 p.m. at the Congregational Church in Ankeny. Burial will be in the Story City Municipal Cemetery.

Mr. Despotovich, principal of Meredith Junior High School in Des Moines, is the son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Kammin, Story City. He died Tuesday when he suffered a heart attack on the was to a meeting in Des Moines.

Born in Yugoslavia, he came to the United States with his parents when he was nine. He graduated from Iowa State University and formerly lived in Madrid.

He leaves his wife, the former Dorothy Kammin; two sons, Ron, a student at ISU, and Steven at home; and a daughter, Diane, also a student at ISU; his parents of Omaha, Neb., and a sister who lives in San Francisco.

Sundberg Funeral Home, Madrid is in charge of arrangements.
