Plan rites for Mrs. Henderson

STORY CITY--Word has been received of the death of Mrs. Carrie Henderson, 84, Brooklyn, N. Y., on June 12.

Mrs. Henderson, born in Norway, was a Story City resident with her husband, Thomas, until his death in 1936. She has lived in Brooklyn since 1937.

She is survived by two daughters: Mrs. Finn Torkeson and Mrs. Gladys Torkeson, both of Brooklyn, N. Y.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a son.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Story City, with the Rev. Harold T. Masted, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the Story City Municipal Cemetery.

The body will lie in state at Soderstrum - Larson Funeral Home, Story City, from Wednesday morning until noon.
