Evangeline Marie Spencer
July 20, 1933 - February 18, 2012

Evangeline Marie Spencer, 78 of Nevada went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames. There will be a private memorial service in the spring at the Evergreen Memory Gardens in rural Nevada.
Eva was a lifelong resident of Nevada and worked 33 years for Donnelley's. She loved being with family, reading, and was very passionate for the art of cross stitching.

She is survived by her four children, Howard (Jennie) Spencer of Zearing, Charles Spencer of Nevada, Michael Spencer of Ames, and Karla Kay (Gary) Breer of Nevada; seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren; one brother Ernie (Marilynn) See of Nevada; and two nephews.

Eva was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Royal Spencer and a brother Charles See.

In lieu of flowers, monetary memorials will be given to the Nevada First Responders, Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO, St. Jude's or the Israel Family Hospice House in Ames.

Chet Ryan Mortuary has been entrusted with the care of Eva and her family.
