BORN: February 28, 1957
DIED: November 27, 2010
LOCATION: Kelley, Iowa

Douglas Mark Tesdall, 53, of Knoxville, died November 27 in Ames. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, November 30 at Bethany Lutheran Church, Kelley. Funeral services are 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 1, at Bethany Lutheran Church.
Doug was born February 28, 1957 in Story City to Donald and Lorraine (Nibe) Tesdall. He was baptized at Immanuel Lutheran Church and confirmed at Bethany Lutheran Church. He graduated from Ballard High School in 1975 and served in the U.S. Marine Corp.

Doug is survived by his mother, Lorraine Kennedy of Kelley; son, Aaron Tesdall of Nevada; grandson, Jonah; sister, Ann Tesdall of Kelley, and aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Tesdall; step father, Lawrence Kennedy; infant brother, Dwight Tesdall; and grandparents.
