Mr. William C. Carr, an old and well known citizen of Collins township, died on Wednesday last, and was buried on Thursday in the Peoria cemetery. Mr. Carr has filled many responsible positions in the township and county, was highly respected by a large circle of friends, who now mourn his demise. He has been a long sufferer from a deceased limb, resulting in acute ulceration of the bone, which caused his death.
