IOWA CENTRE ITEMS.

An old settler gone. Mr. Isaac Miller, of Indian Creek township, died on Sunday morning, and buried on Monday at 11 A. M., in Brubaker cemetery. Funeral services at the Washington school house, by Rev. Wm. Neal. Mrs. Anna Miller, consort of the deceased, and her son Simon, were both unable to attend the funeral, in consequence of ill health. Mr. Miller was one of the early settlers of this township, a quiet, inoffensive, law abiding citizen and respected by a large circle of acquaintances. Peace to his ashes.
