DIED.--On Tuesday, August 7th, James Hutchinson. He was born in Scotland but came to this country when three years of age and has since resided here. He came to Zenorsville, Iowa, in 1872 since which time he has resided in Story county. In 1898 the family moved to Ames where he resided at the time of the last call. In 1852 he was married to Miss Jean Love and they raised a family of eight children, all of whom are living. The funeral was held at the Congregational church under the direction of Rev. Herr, and the Masonic fraternity gave their ritual rites as he was a member of that order.
